Kenya’s magic is embedded everywhere you look, offering desert patches alongside snow-capped mountains, valleys and volcanoes, with beautiful beaches whose dark blue waters are home to colourful coral reefs. It encompasses savannah, lake lands, the dramatic Great Rift Valley and mountain highlands. The Masai Mara sits just over the Mara River from the Serengeti and also forms part of the route of the annual Wildebeest Migration, where dramatic scenes unfold with thousands of wildebeest plunging from the river banks into crocodile infested waters below – a spectacle considered as the holy grail of safari experiences.
